All salespeople at the BMW of South Atlanta are working fresh ups on an up-rotation basis, and claim phone ups on a first-come, first-served basis. We do as well have a fleet and internet sales departments. Our top salespeople earn six-figures. Half of our sales staff has been here for more than 4 years. All qualified applicants will receive an interview. Candidates will undergo drug screening, background check before beginning work. Extensive training will be provided. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE..... has at least one year of successful luxury car sales. He or she actually likes hard work, and recognizes the payday benefits of diligence. This person has a lively personality and enjoys a lively and fun work environment. He or she has good computer skills, and will be able to quickly learn our computer-based systems. The ideal candidate is smart enough to quickly develop a thorough knowledge of the BMW line and all of its competitors, as well as our computer and web-based systems. He or she has the physical, mental and emotional durability needed for straight commission auto sales. The ideal candidate is persuasive.
