Certified electric models also get separate battery protection, covered once state of health drops below 75%, compared to the 70% industry standard.

A standard used BMW typically doesn’t come with any of this built in. You can still buy a great used BMW; you’d just want to factor in the cost of a separate protection plan if that coverage matters to you.
